Dear Jan,

Thank you for your prompt attention to my request for copies of our closing documents on the August 2004 sale of our home in Maryland. Once again, you are a life saver!

Since selling our home in Maryland, we have purchased 3 homes and a residential lot in Arizona. We have worked with three different Realtors, and none has provided even a fraction of the level of service you and Wilma provided to John and me. At the time, we knew that you were incredible, but we just didn't know how incredible. Not only did you generate $85,000 additional income from our house than we would have received without you, but you also made the process of selling our house virtually pain free. (And since we were in Arizona, I mean "virtually" in the most literal sense!)

I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all you did for us. If we ever end up in Maryland, you will be the first person we call.
